Story so far
Solving the Sepsis Whore problem for Princess Donut and Katia requires killing the entire line of succession of the Blood Sultanate, not simply the sultana. Tipid and Rosetta worked out exactly who qualifies: four of the eleven nagas playing this season of Faction Wars.
Those four are Princess Vinata herself, her two cousins who hold the Ikbal title, and the male cousin who heads her Naga Castle Guard. The remaining seven — friends, kingdom members, and tourism marketing executives serving as guards and field generals — are not blood relations and therefore not in the succession, which is why the kills Pony and Prepotente have already racked up don't count toward the cure.
