Title shared by the sultana's two female naga assistants, both her real-life cousins and both marked for death.
Ikbal is the title held by the pair of female assistants who serve Princess Vinata, and in real life both are the sultana's cousins — which puts them in the Blood Sultanate line of succession and second and third on Carl's kill list. One of them is married to Rishi, the naga temple guard Carl met at the first Pre-Production Meeting.
Rosetta and Tipid identified them specifically when they laid out which four of the eleven naga entrants in Faction Wars actually carry royal blood. The other seven nagas — friends, kingdom members, or executives from the naga tourism marketing agency — are irrelevant to breaking the Sepsis Whore curse no matter how many of them Pony has already killed.
Two female nagas who attend the sultana as her assistants.
Blood-relation assistants to the sultana whose deaths are required to end the naga line of succession.
