War Mage warlord who begs Carl to kill Agatha, admits taking the Scavenger's Daughter, then leaves the realm entirely.
After the collapse of the war-mage position at the Reaver Castle, Akuma surfaces only in Warlord Chat, calling Carl "underwear boy" and offering to forgive the killing of his brothers if Carl will kill Agatha. He insists Elle is not the target and must be kept alive if anyone hopes to survive Scolopendra, and that the War Mages had no hand in the action items except Conscription — Agatha was forced upon them as the price of system access, and she is an enemy to everyone and everything.
He reveals the war mages never wanted the falling-down castle: they came to test gathered potions and to find The Scavenger's Daughter hidden inside it, and having taken her, they left. He warns that Agatha can jump to the Waiting Room and reappear outside an open stairwell, so she must be hunted on the Tenth Floor. Moments later a Warlord Message announces that Akuma has left the realm and the War Mage Rebellion is defeated with no assets to award — an exit that leaves both Epitome Tagg and Baroness Victory rattled.
