Skank Skunk Warrior

Story so far

When Carl bursts the Rolling Battle Formation Ball, about three dozen Skank Skunk Warriors rain through the forest. Each is roughly two feet tall, furry and black with the classic white stripe, wearing rudimentary cobbled-together armor and carrying a stick tipped with a crude black spike. The description compares them to Pepé Le Pew cartoons minus the horniness — they just want to kill you — and notes that skank skunks are generally peaceful at the individual level, but their leadership uses spells and tricks to keep them in line. It also warns about their gross, aerosol-based attack.

Dazed for several seconds after the ball breaks, they are slaughtered by Rend, Mongo, Bodi's spear, and Chris dragging three under the ground. Princess Donut's Bad Attitude routs the survivors, who abandon their spears and flee — and the moment she knocks out Fancy Boy, every one of them releases its held spray at once, blanketing the area in green mist and inflicting Skanked on Donut, Mongo, Griffin, and Morales. Their armor and weapons survive being liquefied by Gloom Wraith Phase even when their bodies do not.

Appearance

Two-foot-tall bipedal skunks, black-furred with a white dorsal stripe, in scrap armor, carrying spiked sticks and reeking like fermented rotten fruit.

Role

The chapter's mob fodder, used to level Rend and the newcomers, and the source of the Skanked debuff.
