Story so far
Panford gestures at a screen that becomes the Minor Quorum's evidence. It shows Mordecai and Rosetta talking at the alchemist's table on one half and Commander Stockade preparing his spell on the other, then resolves into a full view of the ballroom for The Ballroom Massacre — Carl convulsing, the blink into Shi Maria, Luke's legs coming off, the goblins turning on each other, and the blood silhouette falling over the restored Carl.
The replay is precise enough that Carl spots detail nobody else does: Hapanzi's leg vanishing from the spider's mouth and her jaw snapping shut. When the presentation ends the screen disappears with a flash and Panford straightens to deliver the findings on the Secured Messaging System.
