Story so far

Odette reveals, apparently in passing, that the Blood Sultanate owns a substantial share of entertainment assets and always has, and that this season they fielded several dramas through their Blood Hunter Holdings studio. She catches Carl's eye and winks as she says it, having mentioned the same fact in an interview before she came onto the playing field, which makes it public knowledge rather than illegal information.

The disclosure detonates. Carl connects the studio to the drama Blood Hunter and thereby works out where the Sultanate's missing soldiers went. Prince Stalwart sneers that the show was a failure, like everything the naga fools attempt, while Princess Vinata glares at Odette for volunteering it at all. For Princess Donut, the name lands differently — it identifies the show whose vampire-hunter star killed Miriam.
