character

Odette

Has taken out Inpewt and seized control of the wandering zombies, worsening the court's crisis.

Story so far

Huanxin Jinx, furious at how late the crawlers had left everything, listed the resulting mess: the teleported city had splattered an entire convent of Resheph's nuns, and now there were zombies wandering all over the place because Odette had taken control of them — she had already taken out Inpewt — and the games hadn't even started yet.

Mordecai separately named her as one of the reasons his brother died, alongside Chaco and, mostly, Huanxin herself.

Role

An escalating threat in the god-court, now commanding the loose zombie horde.

Relationships

Inpewt — Already taken out by her
Huanxin Jinx — Reports her seizure of the zombies as part of the mess
Mordecai — Blames her in part for his brother's death
Chaco — Named alongside her in Mordecai's grievance
