The Production Trailer
The above-surface waiting room where crawlers are held before interviews, now snackless and admin-supervised.
Story so far
The team descended the stairs into the familiar production trailer to wait for Odette's show, and found Loita standing on the snack table in a puddle of brackish water. Because the trailer sits above the surface they were in the secondary zone, where dungeon-specific items and protections do not work: Katia Grim's doppelganger abilities failed and she arrived in her plain human form, and inventory access had to be granted by the admin for twenty seconds so Mongo and the backpack could be stored.
Loita banned refreshments outright, claiming crawlers had been getting illegal buffs from interview food, which left the counter empty and Princess Donut appalled. Carl was allowed to keep his novel only if it stayed in the green room. After the show the team was herded back there and transferred out without ceremony, their UI blocked, into the wheel room for The Fifth Floor.
