Apito Education Center

the Corrupt Temple · 201st Security Group headquarters

The 201st Security Group's outreach temple — a 'Corrupt Temple' of Apito-worship that Carl burns to the ground.

Story so far

The Apito Education Center is the outreach arm and headquarters of the 201st-Security-Group, on a poor residential street two blocks from Magistrate-Featherfall's office — flagged on the minimap as a 'Corrupt Temple' (meaning hostile mobs lurk within). Robed Wand Bearers hand out acorn-topped sticks preaching 'the good news about Apito the Oak Mother.' When the party arrived, nine City-Elf Magical-Ops zealots (led by Salvatore) confronted them, revealed they had tortured GumGum to death, and — buffed by Magical-Fervor — prepared to attack. After a pregnant dwarf neighbor Eunice brained Salvatore and the town guards turned hostile, Carl used the 'Mic Drop' play (a Boom-Jug tossed up, then a Puddle-Jumper escape) to incinerate all eight remaining elves and burn the temple and the adjoining house to the ground.
