201st Security Group

201st Security Group – Magical Ops

A crank militia of banished city elves who worship the Skyfowl as angels and vow to protect them from the 'earthbound.'

Story so far

The 201st Security Group is a poorly-organized militia of city elves — the 'tin-foil-hat' conspiracy sect of elvenkind — found in larger and Skyfowl-governed towns. Per Mordecai, they worship the Oak Mother Apito and believe the Skyfowl are literal angels whose freedom keeps open the path to heaven; they hold that one tier of Scolopendra's nine-tier attack magically made all flightless 'earthbound' creatures want to kill Skyfowl, so they dedicate themselves to protecting them against the coming apocalypse. The Skyfowl mostly treat these slobbering elf devotees as a joke, and Mordecai has never known the 201st to actually commit violence — until now: their zealot Vicente tried to kill the party, tying the group to the town's undead murders and a suspected Lich.

Appearance

Elves in black military-style uniforms with shield-shaped '201st Security Group' unit patches; play-acting at being a real army.

A doomsday city-elf cult-militia entangled in the murdered-women mystery.
