Lich

A smart, nasty undead magic-user obsessed with eternal life — suspected mastermind behind the town's Krasue.

Story so far

A lich, as Carl knows from D&D and Mordecai confirms, is an undead magic-user obsessed with eternal life — smart and very nasty. The Krasue that killed GumGum are, Mordecai notes, usually henchwomen for something greater, and the necroscript Mysterious-Letter points to an undead spellcaster: the party may 'have a lich problem' behind the murdered-women mystery, with suspicion falling on the undead-controlling Magistrate-Featherfall.

Appearance

Typically an undead spellcaster; none seen yet in this book.

Role

The suspected undead mastermind behind the floor-three murder quest.

Relationships

Krasue — The vampiric flying heads that usually serve as a lich's henchwomen.
Magistrate Featherfall — The undead-controlling magistrate suspected of being or backing the lich.
