Skyfowl
An avian people once dominant in the Over City and secretly protected as beneficiaries of Miss Quill's genocidal restoration spell.
Story so far
Remex says the Skyfowl ruled the Over City before a demon destroyed their kingdom. Miss Quill, a descendant of their royal family, designs The Final War to restore that supremacy by killing everyone whose essence she has not protected.
Quill gathers feathers so Skyfowl, Chickadees, and their families will survive. When her interrupted spell fails, every nearby Skyfowl and Chickadee becomes ill, falls into a coma, or dies.
Appearance
Avian humanoids capable of flight; individual Skyfowl vary, while Remex and Quill have eagle-like forms.
Role
The Skyfowl are the intended survivors and restored rulers of Quill's Final War.
