Stockade's household soldiers, decimated in the ballroom and forbidden from being summoned as he died.
Story so far
The guards fill the ballroom during The Ballroom Massacre: they panic and run as Shi Maria lashes out, are separated from their bodies by her front two arms, and the survivors slaughter each other under her Insanity spell — one of them finishing Luke with a Segmented Blade before cutting his own throat.
What remains of them is invoked one last time. Panford rules that the quorum cannot interfere as Commander Stockade dies, nor can they call his guards into the room; Baroness Victory notes that Architect Houston is free to call them, and he does not. Stockade dies with his own soldiers waiting outside the door.
