Story so far
The magnified readout on Dumplin' at the Southern Front warns that the pet suffers from the Gurgles, from Insanity, from Not Just Rabies but Eat-Your-Face-Off-Rabies, and that it has been fed a Truck Stop Boner Pill.
Baroness Victory confirms the Gurgles is what caused both the insanity and the rabies debuff, making Insanity a downstream symptom of the banned infection rather than a separate weapon. It is what turns animals raised on tummy rubs and games of fetch into blind, screaming seeking missiles for The Reavers.
