No-Interference Rule

Adjutant Non-Interference

Tribunal restriction barring adjutants from aiding a warlord or summoning his guards, even as he dies.

Story so far

When Carl asks whether they're really going to just watch Commander Stockade destroy himself, Panford answers after a moment that they cannot interfere, nor can they call his guards into the room.

Baroness Victory finds the loophole and offers it to Architect Houston: "Feel free to help him. Or call his guards." The warlord from The Madness does not move, staring at Carl instead — letting his co-conspirator die and inherit him every The Lemig Sortion asset. Victory also warns that if the quorum stays much longer they'll have to deal with a new adjudication, another procedural constraint that drives the ruling to be rushed.

Role

The procedural rule that forces the quorum to watch Stockade die.

Relationships

Panford — Invoked it to explain the quorum's inaction.
Baroness Victory — Pointed out that Houston was not bound by it.
