The last entry on the Flag Room phase tracker: Peeling Larracos, triggers once four teams remain. It follows Open Hostilities and represents the endgame of Faction Wars, when the surviving factions turn on Larracos itself.
Baroness Victory mentions it only in passing while drilling Carl and Donut on the Four Phases of Combat, since the Princess Posse's immediate problem is surviving the 100,000 troops massing on their border long enough for the phase to ever matter.
