Story so far
With Emberus closing in and Samantha hovering petulantly nearby, Carl opens his inventory and moves the Samantha Head-Chucker Attachment for his Xistera onto his hotlist — putting it one thought away from equipped for the moment he decides to throw her.
Donut immediately identifies the trap in the design: once he's using the head thrower, he can't take it off, so the instant Emberus lifts Samantha from it the god is summoned straight to Carl and they both burn.
