An edible divine flower that presents three choices, one of them a twelfth-floor attendant's post.
The Orchid of Eileithyia's Grace is the one loose thread Quasar insists his niece write down. Katia Grim won it, and her deal with the rich CEO Huanxin Jinx — who sponsors the goddess Eileithyia — is that she will eat it. Quasar's version is characteristically blunt: "Katia has to eat this flower thing, which is going to give her three choices. One of which is to be a 12th floor attendant."
The stakes reach past Katia. She and Princess Donut both put on Crown of the Sepsis Whore, so neither may leave the ninth floor until every The Naga is dead, and even then only one can go. If the Orchid's escape works, Donut leaves. "If it all works," Quasar says — a conditional doing an enormous amount of load-bearing.
An orchid, divine in provenance and meant to be eaten rather than worn or planted; no further description is offered.
The consumable that resolves the Crown's curse — if it works — by removing Katia from the ninth floor entirely.
