Banned-for-cheating sponsor who cloned herself, and whose punishment killed Donut's manager.
Huanxin Jinx is the sponsor behind the arrangement that might get Katia Grim off the ninth floor — the rich CEO backing the goddess Eileithyia and the Orchid of Eileithyia's Grace that offers Katia three choices, one of them a twelfth-floor attendant's post. Quasar confirms the name when Tempest supplies it, while admitting he is "not too familiar with this whole part".
Tempest knows her for something else: she is the one who cloned herself, and who got banned years ago for cheating. And the ban had a casualty. When it came down, it was Princess Donut's manager Mordecai who "got railgunned by it" — a piece of collateral damage that ties the crawl's most notorious cheating scandal directly to Carl and Donut's own crew.
Not described here; known by reputation as a self-cloning CEO-class sponsor with a cheating ban on her record.
Sponsor of Eileithyia and architect of Katia's escape deal; a disgraced cheater whose ban destroyed Mordecai.
