Story so far
Unlike the Advanced Trap Maker's Workshop, which is just a table, the Advanced Bomb Maker's Workshop is an entire room. Carl notes he does not need a specialty to obtain the regular version of either, only the advanced version.
The advanced workshop would let him precisely tune his explosives and eventually make far more specialized bombs, and he already has recipes sitting in his cookbook that require the room to work. Wanting it badly is the deciding factor that pushes him to choose Agent Provocateur over Revolutionary and Guerilla, against Mordecai's advice.
