The club Carl keeps putting off, because going there means paperwork he has no time for.
Carl lists Club Vanquisher among the jobs still waiting on him — alongside building devices for the naiad castle assault, working the local NPCs before pushing south to the next big town, and visiting the Desperado Club. Unlike the others, this one he names with dread.
He records plainly that he has been putting the latter off, because he knows going there will involve a bunch of additional bullshit he does not have time for. Whatever the club represents, admittance to it comes bundled with obligations, and Carl's instinct is that opening that door will cost him days he does not have with The Butchers Masquerade approaching and a town under bombardment. The attack on Point Mongo postpones the question again.
Unvisited this chapter; known only as a destination whose entry requirements Carl expects to be tedious and demanding.
An institution Carl has earned access to and is deliberately avoiding because of the obligations that come with it.
