A level 30 bush elf arena attendant and former human crawler who warns Carl about Zockau and Vrah.
Ian is a hooded bush elf dragging a cart through the emptying The Staging Area, tagged as a level 30 Registration Arena Attendant and a non-combatant NPC. He recognizes Carl as the one who bombed Larracos and repeats the rumor circulating among crawlers that Carl unleashed a feral god on the armies and will do it again here. Carl corrects him and admits his toy was taken away; Ian answers that they always do that when you gain a little power, and that next time Carl should use it while he can.
He warns Carl to stay on the trails in the jungle and away from the city of Zockau to the north, where the aliens are. Then he reveals he was once a human crawler himself, that everybody working the arena was, and that he normally attends Club Vanquisher but was pulled onto urban janitor duty for the opening. He says this is the smallest group of crawlers he has ever seen, that a hunter named Vrah tore his brother's head off at a food stand in a past season, and that he gets in trouble for breaking character — then jerks as if shocked and hurries away.
A hooded elf with the faint wrinkles around the eyes and slight hunch of his defeated people, wistful-faced, pushing an empty cart for rolled-up carpets.
An NPC janitor and former crawler who gives Carl his first real intelligence on the hunters.
