A once-per-floor patch benefit that deflects a fatal blow onto a party member instead of the wearer.
Lucky Shot is the benefit imparted by a small patch Carl sews onto his jacket on the eleventh floor, placing it just above his Midnight Epicure patch (to Princess Donut's horror at his crooked, out-of-row stitching). The patch depicts a foot crushing a cluster of four-leaf clovers, and its effect is grimly literal: once per floor, a fatal blow that would kill the wearer is deflected instead into the body of a party member. Carl treats it as a cold-blooded insurance policy and means to peel it off the instant he's used it — a telling piece of the ruthless calculus he brings into the parade and its arena boss fight.
