Story so far

The Nemes of Pestilence is an enchanted pet-only hat gifted through Princess Donut's Assassin of Sekhmet class, a blue-and-gold striped pharaoh nemes headdress meant for Mongo (who looks 'absolutely ridiculous' in it). It grants 'Eternal Protector of Rage': if the pet is within three meters of its owner while their health is below 10%, it becomes invulnerable and doubles its strength for 60 seconds (once per day). Its bites also carry a 75% chance to inflict the Cruel Sepsis debuff ('Bringer of Death').

Its twin is Rend's Wrap of Sekhmet's Compassion, the healing-flavored counterpart.
