Story so far

Jurgen is caught in a crisis on the L'Engle Building's first floor: he's leading Prepotente's mount Sweety through apartment 130 — the AI's model of Prepotente's childhood home, where a shell of his late mother Miriam sits playing the piano — but the air is toxic and Sweety has jumped off, out of reach. Jurgen has only a single dose of the antidote ('splooge') left and can't recover the beast, so he calls the crew for aid. Carl and Donut, despite the risk of finishing last, commit to come help, ultimately sacrificing Team Free Love to buy the time.

Jurgen's plight becomes the moral hinge of the heat's finale.
