The scheming Naga lawyer plundering the Posse, now escalating to violence — sending Taurin killers after Quasar's family and losing them to a child.
Princess Chandra, the Naga lawyer who used ancient 'Widow's Rights' to legally marry Carl (her late husband Rishi's assassin) and get herself assigned as Princess Donut's attorney — seizing control of both crawlers' fortunes — has gone underground since Donut's terrifying threats, but keeps litigating from the void, flooding the courts with filings. She has a marriage-certificate hearing pending against Carl's lawyer Quasar (which he expects to lose, though it has paused many of her other actions), and she escalates the feud to bloodshed: she takes out a contract with Taurin enforcers to attack Quasar's family and force him to surrender. The gambit backfires.
The Taurins wound Quasar's brother but are gunned down by his niece Tempest with an illegal blaster, and rather than break Quasar, the attack hardens him into open war, retaining the mob-connected Kiki for 'both' legal and lethal reprisal. Chandra remains a remote, dangerous antagonist, but she has now made an enemy with nothing left to lose.
A Naga with golden-brown scales and a serpentine lower body, only two arms (self-conscious about her nails), smaller than the late six-armed Vinata.
Carl's forced legal wife and Donut's attorney, escalating her fortune-plundering scheme into a failed hit on Quasar's family.
