Story so far
Jenkins shadowed Deagan Knox for six years before moving to third shift and was widely expected to succeed him. Juliette considered recruiting him to confront the silo’s leadership. During the rebellion’s preparations, he was to send all but essential workers as reinforcements, and Knox proposed using him to create a cascading power outage as a diversion.
After Knox died, Jenkins took responsibility for the defense. Unable to intercept enemy communications for almost a week, he ordered Walker to prioritize the radio over every other job and suspected that a priest admitted to give last rites was a spy. According to Shirly, he and Harper argued over cutting the entire silo’s power.
When the attackers broke in, Jenkins helped Walker stand and directed the retreat alongside Harper. He moved people into the Generator Room and closed off its floor while armed mechanics held the approach. He later planned a stairwell demolition, gave Shirly four minutes to fetch a radio component, and ordered the explosion when she returned. He and some of his men are now inside the generator room with rifles raised, shouting at others.
