Louis's Replacement Organs
The naiad heart and pulmonary system taken from Princess Lunette and transplanted into Louis.
Story so far
Imani and Rosetta open Princess Lunette's body and extract her heart and pulmonary system, working carefully because naiad lungs are shaped unlike a human's. With Elle they hold the dripping organs up in a small net like a catch pulled fresh from the ocean.
Placed into Louis's yawning chest cavity, the organs begin to squirm the moment Juice Box casts, pieces whipping about like an octopus seeking their attachments. With the Kua-tin Rebreather grafted into the bronchial and gills grown by a Water Breathing Scroll, they take — and Louis breathes water instead of air from then on.
Appearance
A dripping cluster of naiad heart and lungs, carried in a small net, squirming like an octopus once activated.
Role
The transplant that replaces the machine organs Epitome Tagg was riding.
