A paralyzing spell; half of the Fireball pairing used in War Crime's only prior recorded casting.
Paralysis appears in The AI's example of the only time War Crime has ever been used in Dungeon Crawler World. An Operatic Collective warlord combined it with Fireball against roughly 200 mantid mercenaries, a pairing the AI dismisses as "not very creative" though it worked.
Under War Crime's rules, the effect became permanent and undying: the victims were paralyzed forever, on fire forever, and blown away in an arc, remaining that way for the remainder of the floor. Because War Crime cannot kill directly, none of them died from it.
One of the two spells combined in War Crime's example casting.
