Rare multi-functional teleport spell that summons an ally, with all control resting in the summoned party's hands.
Mordecai explains Summon Ally to Carl during the Field Ruling Adjudication: it is a rare, multi-functional teleport spell that is explicitly not offensive, with protections built in. Both parties must share a chat system — the Warlord Chat qualifies. The summoned party must accept. The summoned cannot be teleported into a wall or similar hazard. At all levels, control sits with the summoned, never the summoner.
Stockade cast it at level 15 on Carl at the exact moment Carl had quaffed a sleep potion for his demonic infestation, exploiting the fact that properly delivered warlord inquiries persist through certain unconscious states while ordinary command-and-request inquiries are disabled. Shi Maria, riding inside Carl, accepted. Because Carl was unconscious, the system compensated by manifesting him as a non-corporeal avatar rather than a full body — a protection normally meant to stop people yanking friends out of deadly situations, which in this instance saved his life.
