Story so far
The Open Intellect Action Network is the newly coined resistance organization built out of the Open Intellect Pacifist Network, and York's status entry names him a captain in it. It is the militant group whose formation Porthus announces in a pre-recorded broadcast directed by Rosetta and timed for release just as Faction Wars ends.
The announcement warns that the organization will move against all Syndicate governmental properties and systems across the known universe, giving the government until the end of the current crawl to meet demands that amount to stopping the crawl or else. With the Homecoming Queen armed, the breaching suits and Cronus-class Power Armor online, and Boomer's veterans loading aboard, phase two begins.
