Story so far
Carl's standing order once the clock starts is blunt: everyone hauls ass back to Larracos, this is not a drill, T-minus sixty-five minutes. Juice Box is told to get people to safety while Mordecai frees Louis, because the Faction Wars must actually be won before any stairwells generate.
Carl's design is that everyone else leaves first — as long as Louis's Surgery goes well — leaving only himself, Donut, and the comatose Katia behind, so they'll know everyone else is safe. Elle refuses to be excluded from Katia's last moments, and Carl warns them all it's going to be dangerous as fuck.
