Calligraphic script Milk inks over Donut's tattoo, temporarily raising her War Crime spell from level two to fifteen.
With her hands finally unbound, Milk produces a pen dripping black ink and writes a flourish of unfamiliar script across Donut's fresh tattoo. Carl's Examine returns only the words Words of Power. The letters begin to glow blue, completely obscuring the tattoo, and when Milk dips her pen inside her shirt and draws it out dripping purple, a second overlapping layer glows on top and the tattoo underneath begins to vibrate — the shifting letters revealing the cartoon dog beneath, which lifts its leg and licks itself.
The effect pushes War Crime to level fifteen. Milk warns it is temporary and will decay as the ink fades, but says practising the spell at high level will greatly assist Donut's training. She adds that this is a magic style she hasn't often seen used, one of dozens of ink methods known to practitioners like the Calligraphy Guild, and cautions that inks and letters that shine brightest burn out fastest.
Overlapping layers of blue- and purple-glowing script in an unrecognizable alphabet, written across skin.
