The only outside data still visible from inside the dungeon: transactions and their amounts, but nothing else.

Story so far

Baroness Victory explains that although nobody inside can see what is really happening out there anymore, they can still see transactions and their amounts. She cannot decipher what the gods is happening in the Nagas system, but a transaction large enough to suggest Rosetta's people purchased two ships came through despite the apparent chaos.

That single visible number is how Rosetta learns her primary mission for the Open Intellect Pacifist Network is complete — and the reason the whole plan was structured around money in the first place, since money is the one thing that still shows.
