Nebular-sponsored god who marked Louis for death and was killed by a card-bound Paz.
Ysalte was a god sponsored by "those weirdo Nebulars". When Louis put down Sister Ines, Ysalte marked him for death — a sentence that would ordinarily be the end of a crawler.
It did not stick, because Ysalte was killed first. Paz, who had by then been turned into a card, was the one who did it. Quasar calls this "luckily for Louis" and moves straight on, but he flags something else: after that god died, something happened that only the viewers saw, something he says is "going to be a big deal later". It has to do with one of the ladies in the party, and he cannot remember which.
Not described; a god of sufficient standing to sponsor a death-mark and sufficiently mortal to be killed by a crawler on a card.
The eighth floor's slain deity, whose death-mark on Louis was voided by her own killing — and whose death concealed something the audience saw and the party did not.
