Found dead in the Akula's bridge — Henrik and six fellow changeling principals died trying to give the ghost flesh, killed by Quetzalcoatlus herself.

Story so far

Henrik, the level-50 Changeling Principal whose faction schemed to give the ghost flesh (originally via the gnome Wynne), turns up dead in the flooded bridge of the Akula. When Carl earlier pinged him with the watch and saw him underwater in a fish-form, Henrik was not in a crypt cavern but en route here to the submarine — a plan B or C to reach Quetzalcoatlus. Six of the seven corpses in the bridge are changeling principals; Henrik's is looted as 'Killed by a very pissed-off Quetzalcoatlus.' On his body Carl finds the Mysterious Watch and the Torn Book Page that reveals the ghost's true 'Wailing Shrieker' nature — the changelings had wanted to touch her, not kill her, and it got them all slaughtered.

A changeling principal's corpse in a faceless humanoid form, tumbling broken against the bulkhead of the flooded bridge.
