Story so far
The Death Stalker is a tavern in the land-quadrant town of Pandinus where Carl's crew gathers to plan the Akula dive. It is nothing but a few tables and a bar — plus, inexplicably, a gelato cart run by a scorpion-man (Pazuzu) offering some twenty flavors in cones or bowls. Katia Grim and Gwen get cones; Princess Donut haggles a Pazuzu down from two gold to one for a bowl of raspberry, while the sight of the waffle cones turns Carl's stomach with memory of a worm-ice-cream cone from earlier in the crawl.
Here the party first meets water-quadrant survivors Britney and Vadim and assembles the dive team.
Appearance
A spartan tavern interior — a handful of tables, a plain bar, and an out-of-place gelato cart stocked with twenty flavors, tended by a scorpion-man.
