character

Emberus

Emberus redirects Carl's investigation toward Nekhebit, whom he says bears an ancient grudge against his family and Apito.

Story so far

The re-ascension of Nekhebit triggers an update to Emberus's quest about his slain son. He identifies the primordial goddess as an ancient enemy of his family, with particular hostility toward Apito.

Carl postpones the new lead while facing the immediate phase-two key deadline.
