Madness Viceroy Representative

Faceless Viceroy

The silent viceroy representing the Madness is decapitated by Epitome Noflex but is expected to regenerate at sunset before the games begin.

Story so far

The eighth position contains a bulky viceroy with a long bone-white neck and blank white mask. The mysterious species is associated with necromancy, horrific battlefield spells, inexpensive medicine for outsiders, and a strong history in Faction Wars.

The representative raises one hand in greeting but does not speak. Without warning, his head falls onto the table and his neck sprays bright blood. Epitome Noflex emerges behind the body, reveals the tusked biological face beneath the mask, and takes his place.

Noflex says the viceroy will regenerate at sunset, at least until the games officially begin. The incident answers Carl's prior uncertainty over whether viceroys are biological while demonstrating their pregame recovery protection.
