PVP Coupon

betrayal coupon · player-killer coupon

A gold-skull ticket that lavishly rewards killing the named party-member on its back — a wedge the System hands out to poison trust.

Story so far

A PVP Coupon is a black ticket embossed with a gold-leaf skull that the System issues to the FIRST member of a party to earn a player-killer skull, bundled in a Savage Box as a whole booklet — one coupon per party member, each bearing a teammate's crawler number and name. Redeeming one by killing that named crawler pays out a Gold Savage Box, Gold Weapons Box, Gold Apparel Box, up to three Platinum Adventurer Boxes, and up to three bonus player levels. Designed purely to breed paranoia and betrayal, the coupons prove uniquely toxic even in a loyal team: Katia Grim secretly recovers one — stamped Crawler #4,122, Carl — that Princess Donut tried to hide under a train track after killing a crawler at Club Vanquisher.

Carl confirms with Imani that she too got a full booklet (and burned/abandoned hers), and realizes Donut quietly discarded her coupons on Imani's advice — a mature call that nonetheless leaves an uneasy new tension in the party.
