The simpering Copper MineMagistrate of Lykos who awards the Laurel and administers the colony's quotas.
Timony cu Podginus is the MineMagistrate of Lykos, a minute copper-haired man of the Coppers (the Pennies) who administers the Society's bureaucracy over the mining clans. On Laureltide he descends from the Pot in substandard gravBoots, wobbling like a geriatric, to condescend to the "grubby Rusters," mourn his own refined tastes, punish the clans of Mu and Chi for a shortfall caused by a fatal gas explosion, and finally award the Laurel once more to Gamma on behalf of ArchGovernor Nero-au-Augustus.
Tiny, with copper curls that bounce; small manicured hands. Wears a Copper's dress and unreliable gravBoots.
