Clarissa inserts a false routing card designed to trap Medina's distributed sensors in endless diagnostics once the primary power junction resets them.
Medina's sensor arrays link to the station's main system but retain individual backup batteries and local caches. Simply cutting main power would not erase their record of departing ships; when power returned, each array would upload the destinations it observed. Clarissa Mao identifies the reconnect sequence as the vulnerability.
She replaces a traffic card at the secondary power junction with a forged unit that routes check-ins to a false system. That system will answer every array with another twenty-second diagnostic request, creating an indefinite loop with no new data until technicians find the false route or physically install a dedicated line. The card goes in successfully before Jordao's ambush. The primary power junction must still be destroyed to force the reset and make the deception active.
A distributed network of external sensor units with local batteries and caches, connected through station power routing to a small forged traffic card hidden behind an ordinary access panel.
The array is the uprising's decisive information target: blinding it prevents Laconia from learning which gates receive the fleeing ships.
