Pegasus Legion

Story so far

Pegasus Legion is the thirty-thousand-strong elite formation personally assembled by Darrow from soldiers of exceptional toughness and devotion to the Republic's cause. Its warriors wear white horsehair crests, dented battle armor, ragged capes, pristine weapons, and chest spheres marking worlds they have liberated. The unit still includes several hundred Obsidian women despite the wider collapse of Obsidian support for the Republic.

At Lykos, Pegasus Legion stands as the steel core inside a civilian sea gathered for the Fading Dirge. Victra tells them that Darrow is absent but commands them in his stead, asking not for a reckless charge but patience until their release can change the battle. Thraxa au Telemanus stands proudly before them in a white wolfpelt. The legion's survival and discipline make it a living remnant of Darrow's fighting force and a crucial reserve for the invasion of Mars.
