Preservation Responder
The armed responder contains the catcher ship, boards after Murderbot secures the refugees, and carries Indah to the captured scene.
Story so far
The Preservation responder enforces the port closure and secretly locates the refugee module on a ship hidden against Pressy. It holds position until Murderbot reaches the captives and sends the proceed code.
The responder then hails the BreharWallHan Catcher Ship, announces its imminent apprehension, locks onto the vessel, and deploys an armed intervention team. By the time the team boards, Murderbot has disarmed and restrained every captor. Senior Officer Indah takes a shuttle to the responder and enters the seized ship to assume custody and continue the murder investigation.
Appearance
An armed station-patrol vessel of otherwise undescribed hull, sensors, docking gear, shuttles, and intervention capability, maneuvering close to Preservation’s colony hull.
Role
The responder supplies containment and lawful armed custody after Murderbot’s covert extraction prevents the captors from using the refugees as leverage.
