The pitiful, ill-fitting-flesh operator of the Dismemberment Limited — a quest NPC begging crawlers not to board and doom him.
Levi the Seventh is the level-7 operator of the maglev train the Dismemberment-Limited, the sickly, weeping quest-NPC the party finds when they board. He is a Symbiote — two creatures in one: a hobgoblin Skellie (reanimated skeleton) wearing a Basher Troll Flesher (a loose, sentient skin), intelligent and able to speak only when combined. Sitting naked but for an engineer's hat, his green flesh hanging off him like an ill-fitted sheet with a drooping face and a mouth below his jaw, he begs Carl's party to get off before the back doors — which only open when crawlers are aboard — release the Flesher horde and their master Dismember-the-War-Mage.
His very existence is a repeating quest ('Levi is On the Menu'): this is the seventh iteration, the previous six having ended with Levi devoured, re-sleeved, and reborn a little stronger. When the party protects him and kills Dismember, Levi weeps with joy and waves them off at station 281.
A sickly, pale-green humanoid, naked but for an engineer's hat; muscleless flesh hangs off him like a loose fitted sheet, the right side of his face drooping, mouth-hole below the jawline (words issue from the nose), drooping eye-holes showing yellow bone, clumps of black hair.
The doomed, pitiable operator of a named train and the objective of its pass-fail quest.
