Dismemberment Limited

the Dismemberment Limited

A sleek three-car maglev named train — a rolling slaughterhouse where a War Mage farms boarding crawlers' skin and bones.

Story so far

The Dismemberment Limited is a named maglev train the party rides from Station-149 toward station 281 as a routing shortcut. Sleek and near-silent, it has a glass B-17-style cockpit for its pitiful operator Levi-the-Seventh and only one door (up front). Its interior is caked in dried blood and gore; the rear cars, whose doors open only when crawlers are aboard, unleash a horde of Fleshers led by the War Mage Dismember.

Boarding triggers the pass-fail quest 'Levi is On the Menu' — protect Levi or every crawler aboard becomes a Flesher. The party barricades the door with Carl's gangway chocks, holds the swarm, and kills Dismember before the 19-minute run ends. It runs a short 48-minute loop and reveals why named-train riders never come back with information.
