Story so far
Imani C checked in over chat as soon as the champion-fallen bounty notification hit, asking if Carl's group was all right. While Carl was rigging and launching The Nightmare Express, she held the defensive line at Station 36 against continuing waves of ghouls and full-sized Krakaren monsters.
The stairwell had been open for some time, but nobody had gone down: the entire group waited for Carl's party to return. When Agatha appeared pushing her squeaking shopping cart and the stairs became a ramp for her, Imani recognized her, moved to intercept, and was stopped by Carl's raised hand and a promise to explain later — leaving her openly bewildered as the old woman vanished down the stairwell.
