Story so far
Cone of Knockback is the enchantment carried by the Enchanted Shade Gnoll Riot Forces Telescoping Crowd Control Baton that Katia Grim drew from her Fan Box. It fires automatically at level five whenever the baton is swung at a group of ten or more like mobs, on a five-minute internal cooldown.
It is the same design philosophy as the rest of the riot kit — no aiming, no spell selection, just a tool that punishes crowds for being crowds. Combined with Crowd Blast on the same five-minute rhythm, Katia now has two separate area attacks that trigger on the exact thing the fourth floor keeps producing.
