Crowd Blast

the upgraded Rush

The ability Katia hates is now, retroactively, the opening move of Carl's plan to demolish the floor.

Story so far

Carl's reconstruction of the first crystal detonation starts with it: Katia Grim performed her crowd blast, he immediately followed with the twin Boom Jugs, and together they killed several of the larger Krakaren Juvenile Cloneling at once. Soon after, the two nearest Soul Crystals popped. Whether the mechanism is simultaneous mass death or an accumulated lifetime load limit, the skill's ability to kill a packed hallway in one hit is now the party's demolition tool of choice.

Role

Mass-kill ability, reinterpreted as a soul-crystal overload trigger.

Relationships

Katia Grim — Hers, and it hurts her every time she uses it.
Boom Jug — Thrown immediately afterward to compound the kill.
Soul Crystal — The combination popped two of them.
