The hobgoblins' facility at station 75, presumably holding their stash — and presumably already emptied too.
Standing between the Gnoll Armory and the saferoom at the heart of Station 75 is a building the system labels a hobgoblin repair shop. It belongs to the crash interdiction crews who rode the yard's little flatbed cars out to wrecked trains, and whose bodies now litter the cavern alongside the gnolls they blew up in the fighting.
Carl has not been inside, but he assumes the worst: the armory next door is already standing open and every corpse in the station has been stripped of gold, so whoever came through first probably raided the hobgoblins' stash too. He calls it too bad, and files the shop away as something to investigate once the station is properly cleared — hobgoblins, after all, mean explosives, and explosives are his trade.
An intact squat industrial building among warehouses and open workshops, still unexplored.
The hobgoblin interdiction crews' workshop, and a possible cache of exactly the materials Carl values most.
